JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2016 The present application was disposed of vide order dated 11.05.2016 in the light of the report submitted by the trial Court. The learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Patna City in connection with Sessions Trial No.761 of 2012 vide letter no.120 of 2016 dated 25.05.2016 has sought for further two months time so that the trial could be concluded within the said period. The order dated 11.05.2016 is modified to the extent as indicated above in the light of the letter no.120 of 2016 dated 25.05.2016 submitted by the trial Court.
