Petitioners pray for bail in Benipatti P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 307, 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioners are not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioners has transpired during course of investigation. Only material, which has come against the petitioners, is that they prepared forged documents in respect of Jalkar in question. No specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners and they are in custody since 12.08.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65870 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge I cum ACJM, Benipatti, District - Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021.
