Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 28.5.2016 in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 323, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and he is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25900 of 2016 (3) dt.15-07-2016 A statement to this effect has been made in paragraph no. 8 of this petition which reads as:

"That the petitioner (husband of informant) is always ready to continue to matrimonial relation. As matter of fact there is no truth in the allegation of demand and torture and only due to some domestic quarrel with the petitioner, she has lodged the present case."

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Harnaut P.S.Case No. 162/2014.
