Case No.606 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, name of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as „Kumar @ Raushan Kumar Deepak‟ in place "Deepak Kumar @ Raushan Kumar Deepak".

Heard and perused the record.

The Cause Title of the order dated 29.08.2018 is modified to the extent that in place of „Kumar @ Raushan Kumar Deepak‟, it should be read as "Deepak Kumar @ Raushan Kumar Deepak".
