The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 341, 323, 325, 452 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he is the neighbour of the informant. It is further submitted that a false accusation of assaulting and causing fracture to the mother of the informant has been made but no injury report with respect to the same has been brought on the record. It is also submitted by learned counsel that there was only some altercation between the parties, for which the informant's side was equally responsible and with respect to the same incident, the petitioner has also filed a counter case being Paraiya P.S. Case No.125 of 2013.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, Md. Reja Karim @ Raja

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37054 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 Karim @ Pappu, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No.124 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, subject to the other conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
