The petitioner seeks regular bail in Khaira P.S. Case No. 216 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped Soni Kumari but in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. she disclosed that she has love with the petitioner and voluntarily solemnized marriage. This false case has been lodged. Victim is a major girl aged about 19 years. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with
