Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60264 of 2019(6) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners seek bail in connection with Srikrishnapuri P.S. Case No.224/2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 452, 379, 427, 506, 386, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that they are member of unlawful assembly and there is sufficient material in the case diary against the petitioners.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioners. The same is, therefore, rejected.

However, the learned lower court is directed to take steps for framing of charges and the trial may be expedited and concluded, preferably, within a period of three months thereafter.
