Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he gave repeated dagger blows on the vital part of the body of the deceased and the aforesaid allegation is corroborated by the postmortem report, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, the prayer for bail in connection with Bhadaur P.S.Case No.49 of 2015 pending in the Court of ACJM, Barh, Patna stands rejected.
