The petitioner is accused in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 183 of 2015 registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation the police apprehended the petitioner with a country made pistol and a motorcycle and instituted Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 572 of 2015, in which, the petitioner has already been granted bail vide order dated 19.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21702 of 2016. It is further submitted that except Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 572 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27876 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2015 petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since Raxaul P.S. Case No. 183 of 2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 183 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
