2. The petitioners are in custody since 17.12.2015 in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 118/2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-b)a, 25(1-aa), 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as even after being apprehended, nothing incriminating has been recovered from their conscious possession and the arms and ammunitions have been recovered from co-accused Lakhan Chauhan.
4. In the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, namely, Sudhir Bind and Karun Bind, be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27263 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 118/2015 with additional condition that the petitioners shall remain personally present on each and every date and if they fail to do so on three consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bonds will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
