2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 202 of 2022 registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the son of the informant was found dead. Subsequently, during the investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement on one Avren Kumar.

5.During the investigation, it has come that the deceased, the petitioner and the others were members of criminal gang and the incident took place because of some

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner and period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 202 of 2022.

9. The petitioner will visit Janki Nagar police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
