The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 421 of 2015 arising out of Kuchaikote P.S.Case No. 218 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that all the witnesses on behalf of the prosecution have already been examined in the Sessions Trial No. 421 of 2015 in which charges have been framed against the petitioners inter alia under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant them bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of bail is rejected.
