The sole petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 302, 201 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even in the F.I.R. only on suspicion petitioner was made accused. Even during investigation no direct evidence has been brought on record and on suspicion petitioner has been charge sheeted. On perusal of the order of the learned Session Judge it is also evident that learned Sessions Judge had noticed that there is no direct evidence and on suspicion petitioner was made accused.

In view of the facts and circumstance, let the petitioner
