The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) in the nature of "Certiorari" for setting aside the measurement dated 23.08.2022 issued under the signature of Anchal Amin, Goh, whereby and where under it has been stated that whether Khesra No. 63 is Govt. land or Rayti Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.14565 of 2022(2) dt.30-04-2024 2/3 is not clear and same can be ascertained from the record of land acquisition office;

(ii) in the nature of "mandamus"

directing and commanding the respondent authorities not to disturb the peaceful possession of Khesra No. 63 enjoyed by the petitioner being his ancestral property and allow petitioner to go ahead with any construction being made over the said piece of land;

(iii) In the nature of "mandamus" for direction to the District Magistrate, Aurangabad to get the khesra no 63 re-measured by independent agency and direct the Circle Officer, Goh to demarcate the said plot and declare that left over Khesra No. 63 land admeasuring 7 decimal is the Raiyati land of the petitioner and remove the encroachment over the said land made by the private respondents.

3. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. Without expressing any opinion on the submission
