2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 147/149/341/323/324/ 325/307/354/379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., on account of old land dispute, on 05.06.2023 at about 06:30 in the morning when the informant was at his door, all the accused persons including these petitioners armed with weapons came and started abusing him. When the informant objected, the petitioner No. 1 Abhishek Kumar gave farsa blow on his head and petitioner No. 2 snatched gold chain worth Rs.1,10,000/- from the neck of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He further

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition and submits that injury caused by petitioner No. 1 is grievous.
6. Considering the nature of injury, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner No. 1 (Abhishek Kumar) is rejected. Since there is no allegation of overtact against the petitioner No. 2 (Mohit Kumar), his prayer for of anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner No. 2 (Mohit Kumar), in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 184/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/ Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
