The petitioner seeks regular bail in Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 416 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-B)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

The police raided the house and apprehended Rinki Kumari and Awadhesh Rai. Rinki Kumari and Awadhesh Rai disclosed the name of the petitioner as active member of Maoists Gang. Rinki Kumari and Awadhesh Rai have already been enlarged on bail. Petitioner is in jail since 12.09.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
