A counter affidavit has been filed by the Nagar Parishad in which statement has been made that petitioner has been paid salary up to May, 2016. He has further stated that whatever the monetary dues are standing in favour of the petitioner the same would be cleared within two months. In such view of the matter, when statement has been made that the amount would be paid to the petitioner within two months, it will be treated that by and large the grievance

Patna High Court CWJC No.11251 of 2013 (16) dt.28-10-2016 of the petitioner has been redressed. If any grievance is not redressed the petitioner will be at liberty to take action in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
