The petitioner is languishing in jail since 13.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 328, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of by mixing poison in peda the petitioner robbed two T.V. sets one mobile and Rs. 700/- of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion petitioner has been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 6 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.997 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bettiah (West Champaran) in S. Tr. No. 647 of 2014 arising out of Nakartiyaganj Rail P.S. Case No. 09 of 2014. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
