ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.7.2014 in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.140 of 2014 for the offence under sections 307, 387/34 34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the informant was having serious dispute with the family of this petitioner and as a consequence thereof, the entire members of the family have been implicated in the present occurrence. It is further submitted that as alleged by the informant in the F.I.R. that this petitioner fired causing injury in the jaw of informant's friend, namely, Md. Firoz. However, the case diary does not indicate any injury in the jaw of Md. Firoz and no such injury report is on the

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the previous enmity between the parties, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in Bettiah Town P.S.
