The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the third attempt of the petitioner to seek anticipatory bail.

The Court completely fails to appreciate the conduct of the petitioner that he is approaching the Court for the third time despite the fact that twice earlier his prayer for anticipatory bail was not entertained.

Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 139 of 2013 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Nalanda at Biharsharif/successor Court. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
