The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he duped the informant and got her thumb impression and subsequently withdrawn money from the account of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees seventy five thousand) with two sureties of the like
