The counsel for the petitioner has raised a grievance that the copy of the award has not been provided to him. Today, the counsel for the State has produced the original copy of the award shows the authority calculated the certain amount showing his entitlement. The counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed an objection which is pending before the Arbitrator in want of proper record is not in a position to dispose of the same.

No case of contempt is made out against the opposite parties. Accordingly this petition is dismissed. However, it is expected that the competent authority will provide all relevant documents to the Arbitrator so that the matter may come to finality at the earliest. With the above observation/direction, this application is dismissed.
