Both these bail petitions have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order. These are petitions for regular bail in S.T.No.791/14

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2291 of 2015 (4) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 arising out of Bhagalpur G.R.P.S.Case No.47/14 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of I.P.C. and 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. There is general and omnibus allegation that the petitioners along with other came to the house of the informant at 10.00 A.M. and Md. Hani told her father, Pradeed Das that you have stolen Rs.8000/- but he denied. Thereafter they took the father of the informant to.the Kabari shop of the co-accused Pankaj Das. It is further alleged that when the informant reached at the Kabari Shop of the petitioner Pankaj Das at 2.30 P.M. she found the dead body of her father in front of the Kabari shop. Hence, this is a case of last seen.

Regarding facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. It is, accordingly, rejected.
