Accusation against petitioner no.1 is that he pressed neck of the deceased and rest petitioners caught legs of the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioners drew my attention towards annexure 2 to this petition and submitted that in post mortem examination, no external or internal injury was found on the person of the deceased and his viscera was kept reserved for forensic examination. Therefore, post mortem report of deceased falsifies accusation levelled against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial
