Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with Bhola Singh gave repeated dagger blows to the informant. The informant sustained, altogether, five injuries and out of them four injuries were found simple in nature, whereas opinion regarding one injury was kept reserved and without obtaining complete injury report, police submitted charge sheet against the petitioner and he is in jail custody since 13.06.2014 and it appears that the alleged occurrence took place due to petty dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37037 of 2014 (3) dt.23-01-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S.case No. 59 of 2014.
