JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.7.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of committing dacoity in the house of the informant. Name of the petitioner sprang up in the confession of one Sah Alam.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on test identification parade and Sah Alam has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 19058 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
