2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 364, 120(B), 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner has suppressed the criminal antecedent and when the informant pointed out the said fact then the petitioner has filed the supplementary affidavit disclosing the criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has suppressed the criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case

5. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that the similarly situated coaccused has already been granted regular bail by the learned court below itself.
