ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner at this stage in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 631 of 2014 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, considering the fair antecedents of the Petitioner as also that there was no previous enmity between the Parties, the Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing
