JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-01-2015 Since the claim of the present petitioner coupled with the grievance is identical to the issue raised in the case of Dr. Kedar Nath Pandey & Ors. Vrs. The Magadh University and Ors. in C.W.J.C. No. 7636 of 2014, decided on 15.01.2015, the impugned order contained in Annexures-11 and 11/1, passed by the Pay Verification Cell, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, is hereby quashed.

Writ is allowed in terms of the decision rendered in

Patna High Court CWJC No.15695 of 2014 dt.20-01-2015 the case of Dr. Kedar Nath Pandey & Ors. Vrs. The Magadh University and Ors.

So far as petitioner no. 1, the so called association is concerned, the Court can only opine that the cause raised are individual cases which is required to be looked into individually by the Court.
