This is an application for bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 102 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 200 litres of country made liquor from the field of co-accused and later on his name transpires during investigation on suspicion. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody for more than three months having clean antecedent.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Majhaulia P.S.Case No. 102 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
