Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 47A of the Excise Act.

Four liter country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner who belongs to scheduled tribe community.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since 2.6.2016 without having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Case no.
