2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2016 in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 298 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as there is no material to support the accusation that the petitioner's SIM had been used in the stolen Nokia mobile and there is no recovery of stolen Nokia mobile from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
