2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 221 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have committed theft of an electric motor which has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 31.05.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/concerned Court in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 221 of 2024.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Sadar Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
