The petitioner seeks bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 191/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that upon a raid, conducted in the house of the petitioner, one motorcycle was recovered, but the petitioner could not produce the papers of the said motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a mechanic and therefore, he is not supposed to know about the ownership of the motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is languishing in jail since 13.06.2017.

Case No. 191/2017.
