2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2015 in connection with alleged offence under Sections 363, 366A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act registered in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015 (corresponding to POCSO Special Case No. 10/2015).

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as it was in fact a case of love affair between the socalled victim girl and the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations as well as the deposition of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Annexure-2) whereby she has
