1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment from the public land situated at Mauza- Maula, Plot No. 1286 and MauzaPandeypur Tilhari, Plot No. 541, falling under Maner Circle, which has been encroached by the private respondents by making construction and further issue direction to respondents to consider the application of the petitioner for

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Maner Circle, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
