The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have pierced dagger in the abdomen of the informant Budhu Sah. It appears that the informant got one injury on his abdomen. The occurrence took place in a spur of moment as some verbal altercations had taken place between the parties for removal of wastage. The petitioner is in jail since 03.04.2013.

Considering the fact that there is no repetition of blow and the petitioner has remained in jail for one year and ten months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
