2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 467/468/471/420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 .

3 . This is the second anticipatory bail petition . Earlier, the petition , filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner, was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 03.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 3574 of 2023 .

4. Petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated documents(s).

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62784 of 2023(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 has already been terminated from the post of Panchayat Teacher vide Letter No-1800 dated- 04.09.2021 issued by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Khagaria .

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. case no. 103 of 2021 corresponding to G.R.
