1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 121(1), 132, 109, 221, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on eve of Holi, he received an information that some miscreants are behaving inappropriately with passerby, accordingly, he reached the place of occurrence and apprehended Amit and Punit while Suman and Satan fled, thereafter the police raided the house of Suman when petitioner along with Sushil protested and threatened to shoot the police force, further Suman fled and thereafter petitioner and Sushil also tried to flee, but Sushil was apprehended.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the

It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that petitioner is not alleged to have been acting inappropriately with passerby. It is also submitted that petitioner has no concern with Suman, but since he was in the house of Sushil, as such, he also came to be implicated.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Goreya Kothi P.S. Case No. 85 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of BNSS.

7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands allowed.
