JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 22-06-2015 The petitioner objects to the construction of a new High School at Mauja Amrakh, Thana No.271, Khesara No.3730 of Muzaffarpur district. According to him, the place available for construction is only 26 decimals, whereas at another place large extent is available.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The question as to whether the place for
Patna High Court CWJC No.15555 of 2014 (2) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 construction of a school is adequate or not needs be decided by the District Administration and Department of Education. One resident of the village, who is totally unconnected with the school, cannot dictate the terms for up-gradation or construction of a school building. Petition is dismissed.
