Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner being mother-in-law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 10.4.2016 on the accusation that she along with other accused committed dowry death of the deceased. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner and moreover, father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 5.2.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 51101/2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
