The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 506, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code & section 3/4 of the D.P. Act. As per prosecution case, accused persons have assaulted the informant for dowry and ousted her from the house. It is submitted that the specific allegation of assault is against the husband of the victim so far these petitioners are

Petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is the mother-in-law, petitioner no. 3 & 4 is the brother-in-law, petitioner no. 5 is the sister-in-law, petitioner no. 6 is the grandfather in law of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are innocent and they have committed no offence, as alleged, and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to family feud. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 407/2021, G.R. Case No. 2979/2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the code of criminal procedure.
