Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 262/21 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/504/506/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation and offer of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to return the amount in question in six equal installments, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65904 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 262/21, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner is directed to start the first installment of the amount in question within a period of eight weeks from today.

The court below is directed to release the petitioner on provisional bail on showing receipt of deposit of the first installment of the amount and when the entire amount is paid, the provisional bail so granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed.
