====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 3 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the informant and the State.
This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 304 and 201/34 of the Penal Code. The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-inlaw and there is general and omni bus allegation of subjecting cruelty. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the victim-deceased was living separately in a rented house.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S. Tr. No. 610 of 2014 arising out of Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, XI, Saran at Chapra.
