Petitioner being sister-in-law (Gotani) of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 3.4.2016 in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Marriage of the deceased had taken place five years ago and it is alleged that deceased was done to death due to non-giving of a gold ring in dowry.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as status of the petitioner in her matrimonial home, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
