JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Two bail petitions are being heard together and disposed off by common order as two cases arise in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 411 of 2014 registered under Sections 307 and 302 and other allied Sections of Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that three petitioners along with other coaccused persons came along with arms started abusing and assaulted the mother of the informant and Patashu Dom, Kaushal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1814 of 2015 (3) dt.04-03-2015 Ram and Munarak Dom also fired upon the father of the informant by which he succumbed to injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. It is further submitted in paragraph 10 of the case diary mother of the informant does not name these petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kadamkuan P. S. Case No. 411 of 2014.
