Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 17-01-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53182 of 2016. The petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The report received from the court below is available at flag "A" in which it has been mentioned that after framing of charge, summons have been issued for appearance of the witnesses but no any witness has been examined. In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36162 of 2017 (3) dt.23-08-2017 amount each in connection with Sikrahata P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
