Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor he has been put on T.I. Parade and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement, there is nothing against him.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.10.2015 and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that so-called confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded in other case and not in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate
