ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 2, 9, 27, 29, 31 and 44 of the Indian Forest Act and Section 51 of the Wild Life Protection Act. Considering that the petitioners are involved in conspiracy of serious crime, I am not inclined to grant bail at this stage. However, the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge if their case is not bifurcated for the purpose of commitment or charge.
