Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 109/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/420/467/468/424/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The motorcycle in question belongs to the petitioner which is clear from the certificate of registration as available in Annexure-2, though the petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 109/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
